Give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; for His lovingkindness is everlasting (Psalm 136:1).
I pray that all of you have special time with family and friends celebrating the goodness of our great God on Thanksgiving Day. Remember our missionaries, many of whom will not be able to enjoy the holiday with family in person as they live and minister far away. I can tell you from personal experience, despite living in a foreign land away from home, Thanksgiving was still a very special and anticipated holiday. There is so much to thank Him for, not the least of which is His rescuing us from our slavery to sin and to Satan and delivering us to His eternal kingdom of light through the death and resurrection of our God and Savior, Jesus Christ. What an incredible and certain hope we have in Him! May we be ready to give it away to others, and live each day as an offering of thanksgiving to our Lord, for His lovingkindness is everlasting!
